Phew - we make fast-absorbing vitamin + adaptogen oral sprays designed for high-stress, always-on lives. No powders, no pills, no complicated wellness rituals. Just portable support for overstimulated nervous systems. Built by two Irish sisters who felt the wellness industry had slightly lost the plot, Phew is here to make feeling better feel lighter, easier and a bit more fun. 20 open tabs, two iced coffees down and a dangerously optimistic calendar? We got you. Our hero Steady On oral spray is packed with vitamin B6, lemon balm, L-theanine and KSM-66 ashwagandha and it tastes genuinely delicious.
