Rich Williams is Founder of Storyy Group and People & Purpose, building businesses focused on helping young people and adults find support, direction and purpose. Through Storyy Group, he works across alternative provision, children’s homes, supported accommodation and school services, with a mission to positively impact one million young lives by 2030. His career spans sales, marketing, recruitment, digital strategy and entrepreneurship, including building and exiting businesses before moving into the children’s sector. Rich is also a TEDx speaker and brings a deeply personal perspective on systems, purpose and creating better pathways for people who feel left behind.
