LEGO® Serious Play | Bricks, Bots & Boundaries
The toughest decision about AI is not what it can do. It is what you let it do. OVERVIEW As AI becomes more capable, from assistants and automation to agents that draft, summarise and make decisions, the pressure is to hand over more, faster. But using AI well is not just about choosing the best tool. It is about knowing where it adds value, what should stay human, and where your own judgement still matters most. This hands-on workshop uses LEGO® Serious Play to help participants build their own personal AI manifesto. Through guided model-making and discussion, attendees will explore where AI can support their work, what should remain in human hands, and how people and AI can work together with more intent. The session will help participants identify the decisions only they can make, what feels safe to delegate, and how to turn that thinking into a short set of practical principles they can use straight away. It can also act as a starting point for a team or organisation’s wider AI position. Bricks are provided. No technical background is required, and there is nothing to install. WHAT PARTICIPANTS WILL EXPLORE Where AI can add the most value to their work What should stay human How to decide what feels safe to hand over to AI Where human judgement, instinct and creativity still matter most How to use LEGO® Serious Play to make personal boundaries and principles visible How to turn those ideas into a short personal AI manifesto How individual principles could scale into a team or organisational position WHO IT IS FOR This workshop is for anyone thinking seriously about how AI can support the work they care about. It will be especially useful for founders, product people, business leaders, developers, students, designers, creatives, team leaders and anyone wondering how to use AI with more judgement, intent and clear boundaries. EXPERIENCE LEVEL This is a beginner-friendly and fully accessible workshop. Participants do not need to know how to code, use AI tools regularly or have experience with LEGO® Serious Play. The session works for people who are sceptical, curious, already using AI every day, or being asked what their AI strategy should be. PRACTICAL DETAILS Bricks are provided. There is nothing to install and no laptop is required unless otherwise specified. Participants should come ready to build, reflect and take part in a guided discussion about how AI should and should not be used in their work.

LEGO® Serious Play | Build a Better Future
The hardest part of building the future is not the technology. It is deciding what to do with it. OVERVIEW As tools become cheaper, faster and more powerful, the pressure is often to build more rather than pause and ask why, what for, and who it really serves. “Tech for good” is a phrase we hear everywhere, but when words mean everything, they can quickly start to mean very little. This hands-on workshop uses LEGO® Serious Play to help participants get specific about the future they want to build. Through guided model-making and discussion, attendees will explore what “good” actually looks like in their work, the change they want their product, business or career to create, and the principles that can help them build towards it. The session will look beyond broad words like future, impact, sustainability and purpose, helping participants turn big ideas into something practical, personal and actionable. Bricks are provided. No technical background is required, and there is nothing to install. WHAT PARTICIPANTS WILL EXPLORE What “tech for good” really means in practice How to define the future they want to help create How to think beyond broad words like impact, sustainability and purpose How to identify the change they want their work, product, business or career to make How to use LEGO® Serious Play to make ideas visible and easier to discuss How to turn purpose into practical principles they can act on WHO IT IS FOR This workshop is for anyone building something who wants it to matter. It will be especially useful for students, founders, entrepreneurs, small business owners, tech leaders, product people, designers, creatives and anyone interested in using technology more thoughtfully and responsibly. EXPERIENCE LEVEL This is a beginner-friendly and fully accessible workshop. No technical background is required. Participants do not need experience with LEGO® Serious Play, product development or technology. The session is designed to help people think clearly, creatively and practically about the future they want to build. PRACTICAL DETAILS Bricks are provided. There is nothing to install and no laptop is required unless otherwise specified. Participants should come ready to build, think with their hands and take part in a guided discussion.
