Pioneers Stage

The Big Questions

Before the tactics, tools and roadmaps, there are bigger questions worth sitting with. This opening block on Pioneers sets the tone for the day, asking what technology is really for, what responsibilities come with building powerful systems, and whether the world we are designing is as stable as we assume. From AI as a force for peace, to the fragility of space infrastructure, to the legal and philosophical questions raised by machine consciousness, these sessions invite attendees to zoom out and think deeply about the future we are actively creating.
