ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Toby is the founder of Possible, an experience company that brings people together to do their best thinking. His work at Possible has a keen focus on turning complex work, from deep tech and high science to space and sustainability, into clear and compelling strategies, stories and opportunities. Possible also operates a venture studio called Possible Frontiers, which supports entrepreneurs, founders and startups to get their ideas started, funded and made... possible! Toby also runs a family business centred around play, creativity and games. Creative Business Weirdos and its games studio, ZING POP, will be hosting the Evolve Games Zone this year, where you can get creative, meet local game makers, and even discover how your business could have its own board game! Finally, for the past decade, Toby has been organising TEDxBrighton and other TED events in the city, bringing the power of Ideas Worth Spreading to the Brighton community.

Sessions

Communication, Leadership and Collaboration

Change does not happen through technology alone. It depends on how people communicate, how leaders create the conditions for performance, and how organisations collaborate across teams, sectors and ecosystems. This opening block on Collaborators focuses on the human and organisational foundations of progress, from clearer storytelling and better listening, to leadership in AI-driven environments, to the partnerships needed to turn innovation into outcomes.
