With more than 19 years’ experience across product design, UX and design leadership, he helps teams turn complex problems into clear, human-centred solutions that work for both users and businesses. Dominic has worked across agency, consultancy and in-house environments, including Ford Credit, Wolfcub Digital and Pack, supporting product strategy, design maturity, research, experimentation and cross-functional delivery. He is also Co-Founder and host of Product Unleashed and a design mentor on ADPList, supporting the wider product and design community.
