ABOUT THE SPEAKER

John Griffin is a product design leader, builder of design teams, and co-founder of Product Unleashed and the design + AI Summit, a fast-growing community bringing together the next generation of product thinkers. With 15+ years shaping digital products, services, and organisations, he’s led design across complex environments including global finance, mobility, and re-commerce - most recently as Product Design Manager at MPB. John is known for cutting through noise and getting to what actually matters: better products, sharper thinking, and real-world impact. He’s worked at the intersection of UX, strategy, and business - helping teams move faster, think clearer, and design with intent. Through Product Unleashed and his content, he’s on a mission to challenge how design is practiced today, tackling topics like AI, the evolving role of designers, and why most teams jump into Figma before they’ve done the critical thinking.
