The Human Edge: Leadership and Performance in an AI-Driven World

As AI accelerates the pace of innovation and Industry 5.0 reshapes how organisations operate, leaders face a new challenge. Technology is evolving rapidly, but the human brain has not. People still seek autonomy. They still want to grow. And they still want to feel that what they do matters. This panel explores the conditions leaders need to create for high performance in an AI-driven environment. Drawing on neuroscience, leadership practice and real experience working with technical teams, the discussion will look at how understanding the brain can unlock creativity, motivation and performance. In a world increasingly defined by intelligent machines, the organisations that thrive may be the ones that better understand the humans inside them.
